Visa & Immigration Information

Detailed guide covering all procedures for obtaining an Iraqi study visa and official residency requirements.

Documents and Residency Procedures:

  • Non-Iraqi high school certificate or its equivalent to apply for a Bachelor's degree.
  • High school certificate or equivalent along with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent to apply for a Higher Diploma or Master's degree.
  • Bachelor's degree along with a Master's degree or equivalent to apply for a Doctorate degree.
  • Master's thesis in (PDF) format for applicants seeking a Doctorate degree.
  • Passport valid for a minimum of at least (6) months.
  • Documents proving the student's lineage with parents (student's birth notification or national ID/nationality certificate for the student along with father and mother).
  • Personal photos with a white background taken up to the shoulder, size (50x50mm) without medical or sunglasses.
  • Filing a pledge stating that the applicant is not applying to another study channel inside Iraq, ensuring the accuracy of information provided in the application form, and not holding Iraqi citizenship or applying for naturalization procedures to obtain Iraqi citizenship.

For Enrollment Procedures, Submit the Following:

  • All original and authenticated documents mentioned above along with colored copies.
  • Personal photos (2 copies).
  • Valid international health certificate (authenticated) valid for no more than three months.
