The Citizens Affairs Office is one of the formations affiliated with the University President. It is concerned with citizen affairs, including receiving proposals, inquiries, opinions, addressing citizens’ problems that concern the university, and developing the level of university performance.
He is keen to invest in scientific and technical mechanisms to establish work that creates a spirit of trust and enhances the close relationship between the citizen and the university within a framework of objectivity, transparency and mutual respect. He also takes upon himself the task of communicating between the citizen during his visit to the university.
It is an administrative body that aims to facilitate communication between students and citizens with the university administration and to address requests and problems in an official and organized manner.
Raising the level of transparency and citizen service and ensuring that the voice of the student or reviewer reaches the administration and is dealt with officially.

All applications are submitted via the Citizens Affairs Office’s email address as follows:
• Write the request in a clear and specific manner, taking into account specifying the subject and title of the request.
• Write the sender’s full name, place of work (profession), phone number and email so that we can answer.
• Other than the points mentioned above, any application without a correct address and name will be ignored.
• Ignore requests that offend etiquette and morals and are inconsistent with Islamic values.
• Do not download attachments unless they are sent by official e-mail or to fill out the electronic form.

The Citizens Affairs Office is considered the main outlet for receiving citizens’ requests (request, complaint, grievance, proposal), sorting and organizing them, and submitting detailed statistical reports on them daily to its senior management. The tasks are summarized as follows:
- Receiving citizens, listening to them and their complaints, and directing them to the right direction.
- Receiving their requests to express their opinion and preparing the study to be presented to the responsible authority at the university.
- Responding to and answering inquiries in accordance with the provisions of the law.
- Conducting daily interviews with citizens and submitting recommendations to the concerned authority.
- Receiving citizens’ requests via the university’s e-mail and responding to them.
- Direct supervision and organization of interviews with the President of the University, as directed.
- Issuing memos to inform the citizen according to his address.
- Informing the citizen about the action taken regarding his request.
- Publishing the procedures taken regarding citizens’ requests on the university’s website and the citizens’ affairs page.
- Receiving complaints and requests: such as objections, administrative problems, or delays in transactions.
- Follow up on issues: directing the request to the relevant department and following it up until resolution.
- Facilitating procedures: helping citizens complete their transactions within the university.
- Direct communication: providing communication channels (office, email, and sometimes an electronic platform).
